With an evidence based treatment approach using exercise rehabilitation, hands-on work, and knowledge of physiology, she has a reputation for delivering high quality care, with positive results.

Being committed to her ongoing personal development, her most recent interest has lead her to a qualification in Pilates, which she is completing in early 2026.

Liz has 3 small children, and a very acitve dog Jack! In her very rare spare time (3 kids keeps you busy!) she loves escaping to the beautiful surrounding countryside to walk or run her dog.
