I booked a sports massage with Katie. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but it turned out to be the perfect appointment for me — especially because it was after my work, and not everyone is available after 6 pm. As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed with a smile and great professionalism. Katie is very young, but she immediately showed excellent knowledge and skill: she asked detailed questions about my issues and what I was hoping to get from the massage. During the treatment she was attentive and professional, regularly checking if everything felt right and explaining each step of what she was doing. Final result? I’ve already booked another appointment in two weeks. This is exactly what we need in the Scottish Borders: young, skilled professionals like Katie. Many thanks also to Border Physio, always outstanding in choosing high-quality staff.
