What to Expect
Your programme will be led by our physiotherapist, Darren, who will initially work with you on a one-to-one basis. This session focuses on learning the correct techniques and building confidence with the movements before gradually introducing resistance and progressing into the group classes.
There is no pressure to lift heavy weights or progress before you’re ready. Everyone works at their own level, with the focus firmly on your individual progress—not competing with anyone else.
We also understand that starting in a gym environment can feel intimidating, particularly if you’re completely new to strength training. There can be concerns about using equipment, performing exercises correctly or simply knowing where to start. Darren’s approach is designed to remove those barriers and help you feel comfortable, confident and supported.
So, leave your ego or worries at the door, come in, and start working on yourself.
